Mastermind Groups
Mastermind Groups have an old tradition. The concept is first described in detail in Napoleon Hill's famous book "Think and Grow Rich" in the early 1900's. In his research of the most successful people of his time Hill found that a key difference for being successful was being part of a Mastermind Group. Masterminding brings people together who come from different background and experiences with the purpose of collaborating, brainstorming, and supporting the participants create and implement goals.

As a business owner Masterminding can help you learn from other successful entrepreneurs. A clear structure of the meetings will keep you focused and on track and create a community of supportive colleagues who will hold you accountable for achieving your goals. Thus you will build your own personal expert team.

Mastermind Group: What is it?

We have set up a series of Mastermind Groups for entrepreneurs who want to benefit from a network of likeminded and success-oriented people, who will offer their experience, support and group coaching to each other. If you would like to get involved contact us by clicking here.

Why you should join a group:

  • To share your ideas with other entrepreneurs and get feedback so you can leverage the success and experience of the other participants for a fast growth of your business
  • To gain access to a network of business owners from different backgrounds to attain new and different perspectives, get input, and access resources
  • To make yourself accountable to others for important goals you set for your business and use a proven mechanism to assist you on following through.

Here are the main components of a Mastermind Group:

  • Meetings with your group are once a month
  • Typically each member has 10 - 15 minutes to share their challenges and get feedback and suggestions from the rest of the group. Here you can bring up important issues and profit from the synergy of energy that will help you move forward
  • You set goals for the next month and are paired with another member as your accountability partner. You set weekly time for a short phone call to follow up and make sure that you follow through on your goals
  • Members sign a confidentiality agreement

Current Availability

Commitment
There is a financial commitment and also a time commitment, both to be taken seriously. It consists of coming to the meetings each month and calling your accountability partner weekly to make sure that you follow through on your goals each week.

Membership is not for everyone, though. You have to be serious about building your business and to be willing to share with and learn from other entrepreneurs.
